Beyond the Season

The seasonal calendar was an industrial invention, designed to synchronise production and desire. Couture predates it and has never truly needed it.
Auraghi releases a collection when it is finished. Some take eleven months; one took three years. The garments are conceived to be worn across decades and, ideally, across generations.
“A house without a season is answerable only to the object.”
Permanence is not a marketing position. It is a constraint applied at the moment of cutting: if a silhouette will read as dated in five years, it is not cut at all.
